We deliver 100% authentic German products everywhere in Morocco, straight to your address.

Delivery times

Generally allow 20 to 30 days from when your order is confirmed. Products are purchased and shipped from Germany, then delivered to your address in Morocco.

Delivery fees

Two rates only: 25 DH in most cities — Casablanca and its suburbs, Rabat, Salé, Témara, Marrakech, Tangier, Agadir, Fez, Oujda — and 35 DH for mid-size towns and remote areas. Delivery is free from 500 DH.

We deliver to every city in Morocco: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Tanger, Fès, Agadir, Oujda, Dakhla, Laayoune and many more.

Payment

After your order is placed, an agent contacts you on WhatsApp with payment instructions. Preparation and shipping begin once payment is received.

Returns

You may refuse the parcel on delivery. However, no returns are accepted once the product has been delivered, as these are cosmetic and hygiene products. Please check the product details carefully before ordering.
